@leopower7 when you do someone a favor that leaves them morally indebted (in need of repaying said favor in their conscience) however if there is no legal entity to force this return of a favor they begin to act cruelly and with meaness in order to hide their guilt over the favor you gave them

Everything Mamet has done is Oscar quality (well, maybe not Hannibal) but when you've done films like Spartan, Heist, House of Games, Homicide, Glengarry Glen Ross, etc.

I think he deserves huge kudos! Plus, he was also co-creator & writer on CBS's cancelled show "The Unit"
