Kinnikuman Muscle Fight, a fanmade PC game. I finally installed it yesterday! It's hard to pull off the story moves to work just like the anime, but it wasn't long before I figured out the concept: Your power guage has to be at full then you use a special attack. The attack you use depends on what directions you press. Special attacks can be used by pressing down and forward really quickly and then pressing an attack button. (A, S or D)

The bucket guy is part of a Warsman arc, I think. I'm not sure where it comes in in the main storyline though, but I've seen a few scans.
