They mis-subtitled the interview. At 1:49, he says "...sexual indecency offense" but is subtitled as "sexual abuse". The interviewee is a convicted male prostitute and drug user. This video, however, is suggesting that he is a more violent sexual criminal.

Their extracts from his interview are used very unfairly, in that their extracts are too short and bitty. They can only be indicitive of guideline breaches, if uncut questions are shown in their entirity.

Sweeney DID in fact interview several prominent celebrity scientologists but permission to use those interviews was pulled because Sweeney had also interviewed several critics and planned to include those alternate views on the program.
