Thus, Foreclosure-court Judges need take far more lenient view of legitimate Sole/home-buyers that paid a substantial down-payment, but became impacted by downturn of the economy and resulting loss of income..!!
Mortgage companies or not, people need to learn to take care of their money. Double and triple check everything that happens with your money. I have found out a couple of times that a waiter added extra tip to the credit card bill. Be smart people, always triple check anything financial!
