Actually, the longest jump/fall in WoW history is in Deepholm. If you wallbreak through the side, and just fly up past the barriers, you will run into a large amount of nothing. There is no height limit. Theoretically an infinite fall.

You can actually do this on live servers,but its from the secret wetland farms accesible by going via the Ironforge Landing Strip way,there is a tunnel and at the exit is just miles and miles of nothingness,if you jump sometimes u die instantly but if you manage to clear the cliffs you can float all the way to Southern Tanaris on that secret island thats off the map.
