Yep, this whole thing is set to Tool melodies. The first one is Lateralus, then it goes into Sober, the The Patient. Just really cool mellow remixes, but the melodies remain exactly the same as the originals.

When Bill was going his ape impression i felt so nostalgia and sad about his early passing and a tear squeezed out. Which is a bit funny because didn't know about him back in the early ninties (was still a kid).

Thats funny this video made me feel emotional too. Its really symbolic to me. To me the art in the background shows a skewed distrorted beautiful reality that is just underneath the thin fabric that we see everyday. I think bill hicks found a place in his mind were he found peace with this crazy meaningless reality. He has inspired me to not be afraid because in a sense we are all the same product of the universe.
