I read somewhere that a few years ago some website was doing streaming coverage of a KOF tournament and got Iori's voice actor as a guest commentator. He was offering normal commentary as you'd expect, giving the occasional behind the scenes anecdote, etc.
Whenever an Iori player won, the voice actor would interrupt whatever was going on (be it another commenator talking, or even himself in mid-sentence) and do the Iori laugh.
