How about abolishing killing people for some personal gain or through violent crimes. How about making it absolutely clear that if you kill someone in the commission of a violent crime its a automatic death sentence with no appeals what so ever. Otherwise we'll continue to warehouse these unrepentant gangsters and violent convicts attacking guards and killing each other in the prisons. Still committing violent crimes while in prison without remorse.
