can you also teach how to connect a form from another Access file to your main database?
the reason that I am asking this is that I want to have a Access database table on one computer in my network that different forms form different computers can import data to the same table. the use of it will be easy to back up and having one secure file that only manager can open it.
Nice tutorial. One thing I would point out is that a "Frontsheet" is commonly known as a "Switchboard" in database parlance. Secondly, you don't actually need a table to produce a form, forms can be created independently of tables.
thank you for both points. i dont like the term switchboard and prefer interface or frontsheet and i prefer to say that databases are created from tables. and therefore will continue to use tables for forms. but thank you for these suggestions.
