Its sad how empty the new 90210 show really is. It has no soul, no heart like the original did. As with almost all the new young-people shows of today. Tragic isn't strong enough.

One reason because they are actually wiser and do generally know better then most youths, but being closed minded in any way is limiting. So they limit themselves. Thats not the case here, though. Beverly Hills 90210 is my all time Favorite show ever! The new one sucks...the only reason I ever watch it once in a blue moon ..is to watch the Brenda or Kelly or any of the original cast members make appearances. The original 90201 had the BEST Storylines, actors, music, just everything was awesome.

Yes the original was indeed the Best! Hollywood does its best to B*stardized & Screw-up perfectly GOOD Hollywood shows on the 1980s & 90s. You think they'd look at the formula and understand WHY those shows were so successful in thw 80s & 90s.

When they try to change the very essence of the show thus "modernizing it" - The entire thing gets screwed up - And normally these "remakes" get tanked/scrapped after several episode or max 1 season!
