i was in a dungeon lvl 50-55 blackrock this frost mage was criting up to 300k killed them all my addon gone crazy with how high his DPS was hit up to 20K DPS as lvl 52 so someone tell me that? this guy was frost and this was in 4.1.0 look him up name and sever was Schwartznegr-Sargeras

An exploit is simply a great use of game mechanics. It isn't fair to punish players who intelligently use the tools given to them. If it is cheapening the experience then the fault lies not with the players but with the DEVELOPERS who allowed such an exploit to exist. It's understandable that things like this will slip through (we're all human) but that doesn't change the fact that the players didn't make this possible, the developers did.

For everyone who is asking why he was critting for so much,

is cause a crit is 200% of all your main damage. for a mage it'd be spell power

now with is talent spec, incanters absorption, whenever he absorbs damage he gains a stack that gives him 15% spell power,

he spell stole bone armour that absorbs all incoming damage,

so everytime he got hit he got a 15% spell power stack that stacks to millions of spell power.

now when he crits, he gets 200% of all his spell power in a crit (:

its the mark you get when standing near one of the 4 horse men, in the normal version of this fight you switched between two of the for. from one caster to the other or from one melee to the other, to avoid to many stacsk from one single mark. for him tanking all of the four at the same time he got all four marks stacking higher and higher, this is the reason why he gets that much dmg from them

@kandykirby Read my reply below. It is not fake. It was an unintended effect of Incanter's Absorption (talent that adds 15% sp per hit to shields) + Spell Stealing Bone Armor from the horses (Absorbs hits for 1.2 million hp)+Burning Determination (When silenced you are immune to next silence).

So he gets the bone armor and keeps shields up. Each time a shield is hit you get 15% of the absorbed hit in sp. The bone armor keeps you alive.

Not faked and has been patched so it no longer works.

With Bone Armor up, he absorbed all the damage and it caused that talent to stack.

Since he takes no actual damage to his hp, it means he building up that talent until hes doing MASSIVE damage.

Its like the old Paly glicth that allowed Kazzak to be one shotted.
