Puff this is a MOD FOR VICE CITY.

So you have to get Vice City before you can play this.

Also 0.2e does the "one minute" thing.

Tips for next mod (2.0f):

- you can send dealorean 1 min into the future and wait 1 min and it will come (as in the movie)

@runs619house Maybe Vice City Studios and Camhack. Marty was the player he was controlling and Doc was just a ped spawned with Vice City Studios and used Camhack to move the camera.
