Please do not get a "teacup" piglet unless you are ready for a 15+ year commitment with a large animal. There is no such thing as a full-grown pig that weighs less than 45lbs no matter what the breeder tells you.

I have pitbull dogs and they are not for everyone also.

I bet my dogs would love a baby pig., my animals are very sweet.

We bought a pot belly pig, cutest one you ever saw. When it was full grown...it weighed over 300lbs. Sweet animal, but bigger than our German Shepherd!

@shadowek3 , Cupcake could WEIGH 25 lbs, but the weight doesn't change the frame size of the pigs. People get too hung up on how much the pigs actually weigh, when the frame size is what they should worry about. Also a 25 lb pig will be quite slender... most likely undernourished. These pigs shouldn't be skinny, there's a reason they're called potbellies. She was only 5 lbs in this video.

uhmmm no Because my family raises pigs and they have gotten the micro mini teacup pigs and they have always been under 25 lbs when full grown; so they do exist you just didn't go to the right breeder!

@TheGwynnSmith Pigs are extremely smart, so I wouldn't worry about it. Friends of my friend (I know how that sounds, but it's true) who used to have a mini pig. It took them one apple to teach the pig to close a specific drawer when it wanted food. The pig then ensued to open and close the drawer continously when it was really hungry. ;)
