In my game Sam dissapeard after he was supposed to transform. How do I get this staff now?

I'm on this quest right now and when he disappears he never pops back up as the demon. Any clue what I'm supposed to do now?

@Robdoggierob wikipedia the quest bugs. Might give you some proper answers. If you're on pc spawn him in. If you're on console, wiki it.

@DrFreezeBurn Yea. I'm playing it on PC. I had to look up how to spawn npcs.  I'm actually going to be making a video of my own about the bug some time today or tomorrow haha. Just incase any one else runs into this problem.

@FrivolousKnowledge Health potions or defensive spells. The use lightning cloaks so melee quarters is a bad idea
