All the assassins creed games are too easy... they need to install a system that punishes the player for not being stealthy and trying to fight medium to large battles...
man u know why assassin's creed 1 "sucked" , why they should build a real nice game if they didnt know if ppl would like the idea? , assassins creed I was like a test to see if people enjoy the idea of the game. then they build assassins creed II, and now brotherhood and revelations...
This game was a great beginning and first try. You need to do a new review on this game having played the second, with less bias this time to the desmond story

One of the reasons is that the whole city is running at once, so the AI is a bit.. dumb. Also, the fact that you can climb anything can cause glitches.
I didn't like the game, seemed to me the creators could not figure out that the assassinations were why people played it, and made you do repetitive things all the time. And you would think running around was awesome, it is but the guards find you and you have to escape, for me it's just too boring and annoying.
The game was fun and fresh for the first few hours, but i find that the game becomes WAY too repetitive. U end up doing the same stuff over and over again: get info, get viewpoints,kill target, run away, save citizens,... Its like this repeatidly for almost the rest of the game.the story was good, the gameplay was good(free running)but like i said it gets annoying cuz the formula is always the same

Assassins creed sucks. Its repetitive like fuck and no its not even fun. Sure it'll look cool the first couple of time you climb a building and look at the city but after the 20th time you'll just be annoyed. The combat sucks with it's annoying timing system. There is no replay value whatsoever. Even if you do want to play again you'll have to sit through a 10 minute long cutscene which is UNSKIPABLE. And the story is ass. Graphics are awesome, fighting guards gets a bit repetitive, I'd most likely rent it and beat it through, because I beat it in 3 days.
Good game to rent tho. Very fun play for the first 5 days.
