She could be completely drugged out of her mind, and still feel completely emotional when she sings her songs. So do not say shes too drugged out to sing this song emotionally. If she was on anything or not, doesn't mean she didn't sing very, very beautifully. Its impossible for her to not sound amazing.

This is the worse live version I have seen her do. Stevie has the most incredible voice but in those times she had a tendency to overdo the white powder before a performance. She isn't perfect, she's human after all but she is still an absolute legend and sings brilliantly now as ever. The rare slip is allowed....
