  • That has to be the most expensive toaster i've ever seen. Walmart sells them for $9.95.......just an idea : )

  • @schlaznger1 the toasters at walmart are full of interlocks and dont require a license to purchase/store them.... that typically means they aren't any fun lol

  • @hvguy Hahahaha very true I hadn't thought of it quite that way but you absolutly right...Cheers

  • needs moar butter.

  • @afxgrin lol, ill remember that next time

  • Hey Ernie

I think a word has fallen out of the title of this video, that word is NOT. There is clearly only one place to re-insert that word.

Incidentally I am thinking of making a video of my 60W speakers not making toast....do you think it will sell?

    Rob

  • why is there a 60 watt medical laser in your basement or werever you keep it.and how did you get it

  • because i buy and sell lasers, and I had it freighted to my location

  • sweet laser mate. does sweet fuck all

  • toaster works better

  • what a stupid comment...

  • No that laser wouldn't vaporize the toast how it is now. Even though it very well may be a 60 watt laser the beam isn't focused on one point so it's more like a flash light than a laser 'beam (although it still may technically be a laser just because it's amplified light made by stimulated emission of radiation). Also the toast is white so it reflects most of the energy. And no the radiation will not kill you from the toast, nor does it stay in the toast, the radiation is just amplified light

  • wont that vaporize a good piece of innocent toast?

and if the toast DOES survive wont the radiation kill u?

  • that looks like 50-60w YAG just so 1064n wont react with the bread just bounce off like most light will when it hits a white surface

(that thing needs to be focused when used to cut it's only 0.13mm that looks like 80+mm in that vid)

  • better off using a lighter

  • lmao why did people thumbs down this comment it made me laugh out loud lol.

  • because they dont know a laser is

they say like douchebag way "lazor"

    lmfao

  • no way thats 60 watts the toast would of burst into flames

  • a toaster operates on 2000 W.........

  • I'm telling dad your in the garage messing with his stuff again!! hehe

  • godamn 60 watts lol how much do those lasers cost?

  • I buy them from a company for... not much, but only because they are purchased in lots of 10 or more.

They usually resale for about 1-5k

  • epic fail

  • i guess i wont be buying a expensive machine like that to make toast... my coffee makers effed.. maybe it can make coffee ?

  • Nice!

  • Umm it must be very reflective at 1064nm try a CO2 laser on it 10,600nm it'll defiantly burst into flames.

  • duuuuude... buy a toaster!

  • fail.

  • Not pracitcal, but cool idea.

  • this is the way real men make their toast for breakfast :) *****

  • =) yep, I just bought about 20 more, but at about twice the power... ill try toast when they get here

  • Wow what can i say! amazing power!
