Forced H1N1 vaccinations violate US Constitution! Between now and the time his ONE TERM is over, he is seemingly doing everything he can to get away with whatever he can. It seems like revenge on his part; he is lashing out for dislike by voters that he brought on himself. Gov. committed political suicide shortly after taking office; now legislators, who just reversed the succession bill for strictly partisan reasons, are following suit. Vote them back in and get what you deserve!
Must be nice to change the rules whenever you feel like it. I wouldn't live there if you paid me!! Couldn't afford to live there anyway as all my money would be going to taxes and the "no liability voter"
Gov. Patrick, dubbed the Devaluator, is no longer admired or respected and is unlikely to be re-elected. Notwithstanding his abysmal performance, if there was half a breath left in his political career, this recent flip of the bird to integrity and kiss on the bum of partisanship just pulled the proverbial plug! Lawmakers who voted to overturn the 2004 succession bill should be worried; they very possibly have just committed political suicide through this egregious display of lack of ethics.
Overturning 2004 succession ruling was effected not only to grant Kennedys dying wish, or ensure continuance of a strictly liberal dogma at state level, but upon federal level request from Micromanager-in-Chief Obama, who has no business interjecting in state affairs. If this doesn't fully substantiate that Massachusetts senators and governors, and Obama's loyalties to their deeply ingrained partisan positions take precedence over democratic process, I don't know what does!
This is a very positive step forward -- for Massachusetts and for the nation -- as we grapple with providing universal health care and rebuilding our economy. Kudos to the Massachusetts legislature and Gov. Patrick for doing the right thing!
Guss you like Living in the Democratic Party Republic of Mass, dang bet you even attend the May Day Parade they have in boston, with the Red Flad waveing .
