Thank you Betty, like you I'm cooking dinner for my husband and I. Today I have bacon, apples and boneless pork chops but, what to do? Now I know. I enjoyed the demonstration and will watch a second on your channel before I start cooking. The pumpkin muffins sound yummy also.
wow you know what i kept saying this lady loves to wear tank tops over her shirts but what i am guessing is thats some type of apron..and if so thats a great idea.
Betty I just fixed these for My husband and grandson...the kitchen smells wonderful and they are delicious Thanks so much for another great recipe. Oh PS, I chopped up a small cooking apple and added it to the stuffing. You do such a great job with all your recipes. Tomorrow I am making your hashbrown casserole to bring to a church supper..I already know it will be great! Tnaks Betty!
since i have been laid - off, i have turned to cooking more. your videos are well put together! i have found that making alot of things from scratch really cuts down on the cost as well as the salt, and other things that are not that good for us. not to mention the taste is out of this world!!!! maybe i'll throw a few vids out. thank you!! Dave
Hi Dave! What I really like about cooking is the control of what you put in your recipes and how you cook them! I hope you do upload some recipes of your own!
I like to cut a small slit in the chop just big enough to get a small spoon into. Then work the knife back and forth inside the chop without making the slit any larger. Then spoon stuffing in a little at a time working it to the sides. This holds the stuffing in without toothpicks. I hope that description is understandable. I'm enjoying your channel very much.
I wonder if you could tie this with string instead of using toothpicks. I know, I would probably forget to take them out because that is my nature. LOL I am going to try this for sure.
A-1 perfect Betty. i am going to make these tomorrow following your recipe closely. thanks for all you do, you are making me into a decent cook and my friends are amazed when i come up with a good dish thanks to you, i never tell them its your recipe of course! BTW, you don't look a day over 30, keep looking good and thank you for the inspiration.
Hello Betty, I just want to say you've helped me in more ways than you'll ever know!!!
Is there anything i can substitute for Sage?
gomae16 3 months ago
@gomae16 I like sage with pork, but if you have another savory herb, like rosemary, thyme, tarragon, basil, or oregano, any of those will work.

I hope you enjoy the recipe! Yes, I think you could tie it with string; it just needs to stay closed, in order not to lose the stuffing!
