You need the right masteries, the 21 in offense helps the damage of boxes, especially the last mastery with the increased damage based on HP.

About the ap quints:

They are NOT needed to kill the lizard, since they CAN do enough damage to him, but for some strange reason decide on their own how many shots will be fired. Probably has something to do with how the lizard gets feared. Ap quints make the whole thing more reliable to pull of. There's a pic in my guide, that shows a more optimal box placement.

I have a way to clear entire red camp then blue, wolves but clear time is around 2:30. (this took 2+hrs of mathcraft and testing and requires highly specific runes and masteries)

i still prefer to jump from red straight to mid gank blowing enemy summoner spells instead of diving level 3 with double buffs when people knows that shaco ganks since level 2/3, so if a ganked mid as well, i give blue to mid

but it will probably work well on normal games without counter jungle

@bromaciaa The point is your level 3 with double buff when they are still level 1, maybe just hitting level 2. Also with the changes to jungle you need to get the kill on your gank or else you are hurting yourself. Just forcing them to blow there summoners puts you way behind. Also counter jungle is not very useful anymore until they buff the jungle some more. The creeps give so little exp and gold and respawn so fast that stealing them wont hurt the other jungler to much.
