playing with a dropped D on 6th E string really helps man ,, when ur playing Dm ,, u get to play all 6 strings hence it becomes heavier and also its helpful for me becoz i hold a Dm with my index,middle and little finger therefore i get to play the 3rd fret F with my ring finger
