What excersizes are you doing?

My exercise is

Treadmill 13min

I do 3 types of Elliptical at the gym

Elliptical 1. Works legs and arms 20min

Elliptical 2. Work my lower belly and upper belly depending on the level 25min

Elliptical 3. Its like walking on hills 15min

Weight training 10min legs arms belly

My total calories burn is 700calories
