Yeah, I wondered that, myself. Their lyrical themes seem to incorporate themes, characters and stories from Christian mythology, but to me, they seem to handle it as most fantasy-themes Metal bands do. Much like Helloween's "Keeper of the Seven Keys," it plays the musical story like a legendary tale of heroic or savage battle.

Even if they believe, I don't get the sense that they're preaching it any more than Judas Priest in telling the legend of the titular character in "Painkiller."

actually .. they are a semi xtian band .. my band opened for them a few months ago .. we were talkin to them about it .. . the members are all xtian and have a few xtian themes in some of their songs but most songs are not.. and they DON'T ramble on bible quotes for ten minutes between songs .. so ... idk .. but they put on one hell of a show .

I was at a 4th of july event at a marine base with a bunch of families with kids. They had a good size stage with a great sound system/engineer . The bands were typical cover bands playing bruce springsteen songs and kc and the sunshine band. Then these guys came on and scared the shit out of everyone. It was awesome! Great live band.
