B. TONSSSS of amps have an automatic EL34 to 6L6 biasing switch, and vice versa.

You can switch between EL34's and 6L6's if you own a Kustom Defender... But that comes with living with a 1 channel amp. But they are cheap and sound good.

an expert, and he doesnt know that you dont have to touch the tubes with your hands, cause the oil on your hands will fry when the tubes turn on making the tubes explode.

This is not true, but you may be thinking of halogen bulbs, which burn MUCH hotter, and the oil does react with the envelope at that temperature. Ask any player who regularly swaps tubes (like me) or works on amps (like a tech) and they will tell you to just grab 'em and stick 'em. The one consideration you do have is to use an oven mitt or something to handle the tubes when they are hot, of course. (Although I usually do the yank-it-and-juggle-from-hand-t­o-hand technique, haha).

Nope, it's nowhere near volotile enough to evaporate. This is why fingerprints are such prevalent evidentiary tools; you stick 'em and they stay there. Don't touch your halogen bulbs with your bare fingers unless you clean them afterwards with alcohol or other mild solvent. :)
