Our position is that the entire proceedings should be open to recording as the matter is one of public interest and that the prevention of that is being done in this case to protect the university from some outrageous claims and behaviour. The reactions by the individuals was also hostile and physical were a simple "no comment" or "as you can understand I'm not in a position..."
