@pocomedy its a joke on the side of the cops by arresting people for chalking, something that doesnt damage anything but instead the cops breaking the law and not get in any trouble, this is happening all over the country and the people live scared of the police everywhere...
I like what this guys are doing, and I hope they win and FYI u guys can make a lawsuit against the cops all the way from the cop up and everybody involved on the chain of command up to the mayor and every single one of their spouses, this happened already in california and after 6 months in court the mayor beged to get at least the spouses out of the lawsuit because it was affecting them... It's too bad the prosecutor's objection regarding the cameras was sustained. I think it's very relevant they confiscated your cameras, claiming they were evidence, yet they did not save their own camera evidence from their cameras. I believe that proves that they were taking your cameras to squash your activities, as opposed to collect evidence. Huge relevance!
for those who don't know trials (doesn't look like a trial here) are so boring
