  • Halleluya! Blessed be the name of Jesus!

  • This was performed in our church by the choir when I was young. Seeing it again now, it is as powerful as it was then, but it has much more meaning.

  • @hecate124 so true!!!

  • ***ray boltz sorry my phone stinks at spelling

  • My dad is a pastor and he also is a very good singer he sing this song and almost all ray bulz songs but anyways when ever he sings this and or hammer and or feels the nails I burst into tears just thought I would share

  • jhfa

  • great song altho it makes me want to cry :(

  • I really, prefer the "demonstration" version he did. A lot more powerful. Good song though.

  • Thanks for sharing! Today is not about a rabbit. It's about the Lamb!

  • Im 15 and me and my youth group are doing this on sunday (easter) for my church, every please pray that someone will be touched by this, thanks Dalton From New Hope Fellowship church in Georgia!

  • @justjay - some lambs/sheep look like goats. It can be difficult to tell them apart

  • @justjay Some lambs/sheep look like goats

  • here's a question, the song is about a lamb, yet they are carrying a goat....

  • @justjay202

    It's a lamb, sheared

  • Happy Good Friday everyone.

  • I love this song. the first time i heard this song was last year at our yearly watch the lamb play which we do to this song. we are having the play 2morrow at my church. its really a beautiful play. im in the crowd. its really quite interesting. people the first time they watch they will sometimes cry. I LOVE MY FATHER GOD AND MY BROTHER JESUS! WHO IS WITH ME?

  • Speechless.....

  • GOD IS SO GOOD! <3

    PRAISE THE LAMB!

  • All Christians sin, that is the flesh we have to deal with daily.Col.3 Tells us to mortify the deeds of the flesh and to walk in the new man.Any believer who thinks that he or she will never commit another sin is living in deception.

We who are strong must hold the weak up with love and cherish their very lives as we pray tearfully for them to return and come out from under bondage because Jesus took it all upon Himself.

Love seeks the one stray sheep.

    Obey your calling believers.

    2Co 5:18

  • I love this song. It stirs up so many emotions.

  • The REAL reason for this Easter SEASON...none other video I've seen tells the story of the human form of the sacrificial Lamb, than this one. My compliments Oscarcoelho for uploading and sharing with the You Tube World.

  • @katnimmon "The REAL reason for this PASSOVER season...none other video I've seen tells the story of the human form of the sacrificial Lamb and Passover, than this one. My compliments Oscarcoelho for uploading and sharing with the You Tube World," is how I would have worded it :)

  • It's a shame about Ray. But, I, too, have fornicated as a Christian. There is always repentance. Homosexuality is a sin, make no mistake, but there's always the hope. If he's a true believer, he'll come back. Pray for him.

  • every time i need a wake up call this is the song

  • So beautiful.

  • That's the Gospel in video form.

  • Even tho he has Fallen i have only one thing to say about this those of you without sin cast the first stone all we can do for this man is Pray for him

  • @worshippastor63 I agree with you. This man is one of those people (just as you and I) that jesus was talking about, when on the Cross He said "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." If Jesus said this than why should those who call Jesus thier Christ say other then that very thing that Jesus said.

He needs our prayers and forgiveness, not our hatred and disgust, just like anyone else who has fallen.

We need to help our fallen brother back up.

  • YESSSSSSSSSS.................YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!

  • We are not to judge the unbeliever. As for our brothers & sisters in Christ we are to rebuke in love. But ultimately it is between him & God. We are called to forgive, love & pray for him.

  • love this vid makes me cry!!!!

  • wow

  • Awsome Video So Powerful!!

  • This song has a whole new meaning now that Ray has admitted he is gay.

  • Ray Boltz is Amazing to me he is one of my blessings from god.

  • you cant write something about judgement if tho is willing to judge

  • amazing song praise God

  • life is good

  • just watch the lamb, keep your eyes on the sacrificial lamb and don't look to the world. praise be to the Lamb of God who gave his life to save us from our sins and bring us back to God, Love you Lord

  • Praise you Lord Jesus. I know my sins is what crucified you. I know I was on your mind. Lord theese people don't understand your saveing Grace. They call my faith in you a delusion. They can't see past there high minded natures that you are our God and any other story told that says there's been others who had a very similar life and death as you is a twisted work of Satan. Forgive them father and forgive me also. Love, your daughter.

  • I keep comming back to this video everytime I feel I need to put things in perspective and I always leave a small word of praise on it. The last time I visited only a few of us were leaving comments. Every last one of those comments were simple words glorifing The Lamb. Shame on you all. This is a ministering video. If you hate what you saw then for your own sake you need to leave this comment page for it is of the Holy Spirit.

  • everytime i see this video i cry and i know there's no word that can express the feeling.

Sorry Lord, Please let me be worthy

    Thank You

  • Very power song and people should indeed Watch the Lamb because unless one of us has never sinned then no should be judging what someone does in his personal life. I love this song, I love Ray Boltz and his music so let the Spirit lead you to indeed 'watch the lamb'.

  • Comment removed

  • Simply beautiful.I couldn't stop crying.

  • If God can use a song to reach me 30 years ago. That same song can touch someone today. I watched the lamb a kept my eyes on Christ not Ray.

  • I think beyond what people feel about Ray Boltz one way or the other, this song is very powerful. If we let a man stumbling keep us from seeing the beauty God created in art we'll never reach anyone. God uses "non-Christian" record execs, studio bands, download sites, stores, etc to get His Word to people. No sense in crucifying Ray Boltz, Jesus already took his place.

  • Iron sharpens iron. I'll look for a new Hebrew/Greek lexical aid to better understand the language. I wonder if those prostitues only preferred the opposite sex...hmmm...food for thought. I don't want to argue. I wish you well.

  • Oh, one more correction. John Wycliff translated the first Bible into English in the 1380s from the Latin version (the Latin Vulgate).

  • First of all, I never said God hated anyone. He hates sin. Hebrew word for a male homosexual is Quadesh. Like I said, read the original language. I would suggest you look up the words yourself rather than rely on some professor or religious leader or article. Names of God are: Elohim (used 2310 times in Old Testament), Yahweh (5321 times in OT), Adonai, Theos, Kurios and Despotes. Here is my secret: Proverbs 6:16-19 Hebrew word Sane = Hate. No one can argue what God says here.

  • @beary2056 You're correct Beary20056. It's used in the Old Testemant in Leviticus (The phrase "Man shall not line with man as he does with woman". The first word is literally the word for "Male" or "man" the second time "man" is used it's "quadesh". Just for you Towngnr14, the whole start of that thought is the opening phrase when GOD first lays down the morality laws (Leviticus 18: 1) where he says "....I am the Lord you God. According the doings of the land of Egypt where you...

  • @beary2056 (cont) dwelt, you shall not do; and according to the doings of the land of Canaan, where I am bringing you, you shall not do; nor shall you walk in their ordinaces". Guess what, Canaan had male and female prostitues called.... you guess it "Quadeshah" (for the female) and "Quadesh" for the males! :)

  • Know him, you do not if you call him Jesus for his name is YESHUA not Haesoozes (jesus), anyone that says "Jesus" is listening to your Minister and/or your Pope too much. Throw your KING James Version (KJV) away and get a Living Bible by William Tyndale and learn all the truth you've missed via the Corrupt KJV - Bible of the King and not the Peoples Living Bible by William Tyndale. Satan can only prevail if you only know the lies of the King's Government Bible & the words of a man called Pope!

  • Man will fail you, But Jesus will never fail you. This song touched many hearts!

  • Ray, God says "Though we stumble, we will not fall, for His hand is there to catch us". Let Him catch you friend. He did this for you brother.

  • Ray, God says "Though we stumble, we will not fall, for His hand is there to catch us". Let Him catch you friend.

  • This song is so powerful. It is a testament as to why we must lift up Ray Boltz in prayer. Pray for his deliverance.

  • I've been reading some of the comments and, while I agree that we are not to judge others and, in so doing, look down on others, 1 Cor. 2:15 says, "The spiritual man makes judgments about all things." We should not look down on others, but we absolutely cannot condone their sin, and indulging in homosexuality is definitely a sin (Lev. 18:22, Rom. 1:24-27, 1 Cor. 6:9-10). While the song is a powerful song that is biblically correct, Ray Boltz is living in sin if he is walking in homosexuality.

  • Comment removed

  • @RandomOddness You forgot about a few things, GOD is Judge & you are not and GOD made us ALL in GODS IMAGE and LIKENESS, not your Exalted Image of Hatred & Judgement. Your Judgmental statements of Rays homosexuality murdered your Christian brothers soul & according to GODS law you may be blotted out of the book of life for allot less, ask for Rays forgiveness or risk Oblivion. You have no right to play GOD, GOD IS AND YOU ARE NOT. I forgive you my child & I bet Ray will as well. GO WITH GOD!!!

  • So Beautiful, one of my favorite songs, Praying for you Ray, look to the Lamb

  • To me the only one who is worthy to judge anyone is El Shaddai

  • The first time I heard this song was 25 years ago. I played the youngest son in an Easter play. It still brings tears to my eyes. Keep your eyes on Jesus boys, he's the most important thing.

  • @ashtom1985 You claim to know our Lord but forgot his 1 and only commandment, that you love everyone, sinner or not, yours is not the place to Judge, GOD IS THE ONLY JUDGE, Oh by the way its not "JESUS" its "YESHUA", I forgive your ignorance and so does Yeshua. When you HATE you praise SATAN, SATAN LOVE's HATE & JUDGEMENT, by hating others you feed SATAN. Remember before you pull the splinter from your brothers eye pull the LOG from yours first. Want to see a real sinner, just look in a mirror.

  • I love and have always loved Ray Boltz and his music. God's word teaches us not to hate, but to show love for one another. I cannot judge him b/c I am unworthy myself. Each of us should read God's word and then look into the mirror of our souls. Every day I sin in some way and must ask for His forgiveness. But thankfully, God is love and we cannot love Him without loving others.

  • so because i'm saying what god said in the bible i'm acting like god and its a reason people hate or leave the church?you're a moron maybe truth rings in his music for u because you're obviously the type that says all u have to do is ask god to forgive your sins come into youre heart and thats all u have to do to be a "christian".so continue to live your MEANINGLESS life in GODS NAME and see how far it gets u.

  • @brett15791 Romans 14, makes it clear that there are those who being not as strong in their faith feel the need for more rules or laws to live by, then there are those who are stronger in their faith with fuller understanding of the price paid through our Lord Christ Jesus in the shedding of His Precious Blood. Neither type of follower is wrong and Paul clearly emphasizes to those stronger in their faith the importance of not upsetting the weaker followers with their boldness of faith.

  • @beary2056 The Bible doesn't say not to upset them It does say that we are to strengthen them. The Bible also says we are to "take no offense". I think that clearly speaks to those that you consider weaker. Jesus was gentle but also very bold and demanded that people ever strengthen themselves. Rules and laws are actually for those who don't know the Lord. The Bible tells us that if we live according His "Law of Love" then we will naturally fulfill ALL the requirements of law.

  • @beary2056 I hate not being able to finish due to space limitations. I also wanted to say that I am too well aware of people use "boldness" as an excuse to be rude and abusive. Totally unacceptable! I think you and I are approaching this from different directions but really coming to the same point.

  • Comment removed

  • @beary2056 It was a comment based on years of observation the many excuse their rudeness by claiming it is boldness. Now let me ask you how youarrived at boldness concerning Romans 14. I am very familiar with it and it doesn't mention boldness at all. The Apostle Paul was dealing with the Mosaic food laws and people who had moved beyond them and those who were clinging to them. Those who moved beyond were to be respectful of those clinging and those were not to judge those who moved beyond.

  • Comment removed

  • @beary2056 Hopefully with the understanding that the weaker will become stronger, not with the effect of bowing down to the insecurities of the weak. It's about respect for another's faith, not living with the shackles of the weak every day. Even the strong can become weak if they live bound by chains.

  • is ray boltz gay?it seems that way from the comments.yeah god forgives sin but not when u continue them if he is gay his songs are just plain blaspemous and a slap in gods face.how ironic some of the greatest praise songs were written by the devil

  • @brett15791 Please open your mind and realize that you are not in God's position, one that you are now acting. This is one of the many reasons why so many people leave or hate the church. Ray Boltz is a beautiful singer and truth rings in his music.

  • @KasynS Open is the Mind of GOD, Hard is the mind of Satan. May Yeshua Bless you for your kind Loving words of care for our brother Ray Boltz. The Church is not a building or a place The church is YESHUA's Love within each of us. We are all ministers, John 15:16, A church is where every two shall meet in his namesake, me & Yeshua = 2, you & Yeshua = 2 so we are always in church. People forget that our Father Created all people Gay and Straight alike, he even created SATAN his most perfect Angel.

  • @brett15791 written by the devil and fools like you!!! I know I'm a sinner and your one too, so is ray, we all are. ARE YOU GOD, THE JUDGE OF THE BOOK OF LIFE? I THINK NOT! The way I see it Ray has a splinter in his eye but you've got a whole LOG TRUCK FULL IN YOURS, PULL IT OUT SO YOU CAN LOOK IN YOUR MIRROR & SEE THE REAL SINNER. I FORGIVE YOUR IGNORANCE FOR YESHUA COMMANDS ME TOO, he also commands me to love you & I LOVE all of you but not your DEVILS FOOD, "A PLATE FULL OF HATE"!!!

  • One of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard.

    Thank you Ray Boltz !

  • Good song. Very touching!

  • The Bible says "Work out your own salvation with fear and trimbaling!" It is his walk with God so let him make the mistakes and learn from him! Im not supporting it but its his salvation with god that he is dealing with not yours or mine!!

  • what is the big deal of homosexuality. You stick it in some-body's hole, whether vagina or anus, what's the big difference you silly people and sillygod rules. I mean don't get me wrong, I think it's disgusting, but do what ya do man

  • love this song love ray bolz! you are such a blessing Ray..

  • In Christ alone, God forgives and conquers all sin, including homosexual sodomy....watch the LAMB! :)

  • i love this song. and what's it matter if he is or isnt a homosexual? he is an amazing singer. this guy has been my dad's idol for years.

  • @TheStarshine18

The problem is, your dad should not an idol! My heart goes out to Ray and the millions of bound Christians who the church does not know HOW to minister to effectively.

  • It's too bad he gave in to his carnel, sinful desires. His music doesn't hold any water for the believer now.

  • I hope that Ray Boltz can come back to chirst

  • @littlelove75 what happend

  • @littlelove75 He is are you?

  • Praise God

  • This is given from Simon of Cyrenes perspective as he was the one forced to carry the cross

  • Ray's music is awesome. His choice of lifestyle isn't that which God will honor. Read your Bible and learn the Doctrine of God before putting yourselves above God and saying what HE will/won't condemn. No, I'm not here to judge, however, I will speak up when people try to speak for God. Read your Bible people...know the truth!

  • @Towgnr14 Did you get your data from the Real Bible by William Tyndale or were you fooled by a man called pope that sold you on the fake King James Version that teaches us to HATE each other via Judgement, Hell and Damnation. You sound like you are speaking for our Father (GOD). Want to know the truth? take a hard look in your mirror & you'll see a sinner just like me. Let he that be without Sin cast the first stone, are you throwing stones at your Christian Brother Ray? Sounds like it to me.

  • @ida1yomomywarnyabout Real Bible by William Tyndale. I didn't know William Tyndale wrote the Bible, let alone the "Real Bible". I don't hate RAy at all. God does hate homosexuality, not the homosexual. God loves Ray too. God loves you and I, but he sure does hate our sin. Sounds like you are into accurate scripture, try the Greek and Hebrew manuscripts and see how it is translated. Good luck hunting. Love, Goodness, and Holiness - Attributes of the Father (God).

  • @Towgnr14 No W. Tyndale did not write the Bible, he wrote the first English translation, we must not know the same GOD as Yahweh does not Hate nor does his son Yeshua. There is no Hebrew or Greek words of the Old Testament timeline for GAY and/or Homosexual so please explain to all us youtubbers why GOD HATE ANYBODY? It seems to me that many Christians are HOMOPHOBIC but GOD says to FEAR NOT, so why fear them, maybe you have a little secret in your closest, I find most homophobic's do.

  • Ray's words in his songs are always challenging to the listener. His lifestyle clearly detracts from the blessing of the msgs. in his music. At the same time he obviously sees what God can do even for Ray himself. Pray that the msgs in his own songs will touch his heart and encourage him to accept God's forgiveness and His saving power to overcome the lifestyle that is in such sharp contrast to God Himself. 2 Peter 1:3, 4; Romans 5;20; Romans 6:1,2

  • love it

  • This song brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it

  • I loved Ray Boltz's music when I was a kid...The last minute reminded me of the price I would've paid...eternal damnation...It brought me to tears... Christ died on the old rugged cross for all people, especially me the chiefest...I wasn't a murderer, but I used my tongue to kill people; I wasn't a law-breaker, but I've broken all of God's commandments in violating just one...Pray for Him to forgive your sins and transform your life for all time...

  • we watched this inchurch 2day and i had 2 stop watching the last 30 sec or i was going 2 start crying =**(

i had 2 keep reminding myself that he didnt stay dead he rose bu this video makes it soo real the death and everything =***(

  • This video is absolutely amazing together with the words of this song. Thank you for posting and please make more !!

  • Praise God for the Risen Lamb!

  • I'm not one to jump on bandwagons nor try to criticize, however, I truly believe if we are all created in the image of God, it is that image, void of physical characteristics that make us. Ray's heart truly is a heart of God and his words and music have touched me for years. It's time everyone stopped looking at the color of skin, sexual orientation, economic levels and other "worldly" characteristics and get to the true HEART of a being. Ray truly does that through his music.

  • Sin is never acceptable in God's site nor should it be in ours. We are to love the sinner not the sin. Don't water down salvation. If you believe God saves sinners then you must believe that He saves us from sin not with it. God loves Ray Boltz and so should we but that doesn't mean we condone the sin which God clearly condemns. In the end God will destroy sin and all who cling to it. Where sin abounds, the grace of God abounds all the more. Therefore, there is no sin we cannot overcome.

  • This brother is just awsome, listen to the message. I love his music it is so from the heart. This song brings tears to my eyes.

  • This brother is just awsome, listen to the message. I love his music it is so from the heart. This song brings tears to my eyes.

    Love you bro!!!

  • This brother is just awsome, listen to the message. I love his music it is so from the heart. This song brings tears to my eyes.

    Love you bro!

  • hehehe my class is acting out this video in church a few days :) ...without the blood and without real hammering of nails into the hands....appropriate for kidnergarteners to watch...it's such an emotional song...i love it....

  • hey tom u got that right. we were put on earth not to judge but to love. ray is one of my favorite artists. i not christian but would rather ask for his most awsome mercy than to be judged by his hand at the throne because i judged my brother on earth.

  • thats great u could be a cristian anytime if u were willing to its a great life i am a penticastal u should try goin to church its a great life ...when ur bapitized u feel like ur all ready there .....

  • I would rather appear before the judgement seat of God as a murder counting on his mercy than to be one of those who are crucifying Ray Boltz. In the Old Testament, God worked through a donkey to save Balaam. If he can work through a donkey, he can work through Ray Boltz.

  • I don't care for religion one bit...Christians, Jews, Muslims, it's all the same.

But this song is awesome, I really like it. It's a shame so many people on here take a good, gentle song like this and instead of embrace it, they turn it into a religion/sexuality debate.

  • There are very strong fundamental differences between Christians, Jews, Muslim. Muslim counts on deeds, Jews sacrifice of blood to cover there sin, Christian by faith that the price was paid by Christ on the cross.

  • I say that atheists, agnostics and humanists are all the same. But I know they are not. People are different from one another--their religion or lack thereof does not define them, totally. 10 years ago, I thought this was a sappy song. And yet, I kinda liked it too.

And, I wonder, how is singing about the crucifixion of an innocent man gentle?... unless...maybe...you were touched by the truth of God's love for you.

  • how bout just listen to the song.

  • I think this should define it; without throwing stones. Leviticus 20:13. If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.

  • But wouldn't they have thrown literal stones at THOSE people? Kilt them after a lot of pain and agony. Is that what you would propose for me and my man? Is there any other pat of Leviticus that you know, that you could quote. Have you read all of it. Could you then say, if you had, that by Lev. the world should be run. I just don't think so. You, I'd bet, pick and choose what you want to emphasize and believe from the Bible. Don't you?

  • Just straightening things up, not condemning. There is homosexual topic in the Bible 1 Cor 6:9 (NIV) Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? .....Neither homosexual offenders. I think we still should base our principles on God's Word, rather than our background, or on what we personally consider to be OK.

  • You are quoting one English translation of the Bible and from that one translation you are interpreting it to be the "Word of God". Is your interpretation of one English translation of the Bible, written originally in Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic, translated into many languages that make no mention of the word "homosexuality" a word not known to those who wrote the Bible originally; Is that really straightening things up? I don't think so.

  • Does anyone know where I can download a copy of this video (purchase or free)? I would love to use this in an upcoming program for our church. Thank you!

  • I'd like to do it at our church too but I don't know if the pastor would want it done now because of how Ray turned his back on God and went to a homosexual lifestyle.

  • True, but I believe the message is still there in the video. Most people wouldn't even know who was singing it. But trying to find a copy that can be downloaded and used has become very difficult. I had no idea about Ray though.

  • So because most people would not know Ray Boltz was singing this song, a song he wrote--that maybe they would still feel the Holy Spirit--but if they knew--they would drag his SATANIC ass out into the street and stone him.How typical of the perversion we Americans now call Christianity! Jesus, however, has put his arms around Ray. Jesus has put His body in front, shielding Ray from the stones thrown by "the righteous." And Jesus prays, for you, "Father forgive him for he knows not what he does.

  • Comment removed

  • Ezekial says Soddom was destroyed because of it's inhospitality. Those who condemn homosexuals are TRULY the ones commiting the SIN OF SODOM!

  • This song is not about anyone's sexuality. It's about the Lamb. The lamb is Jesus, the perfect, unblemished lamb. This song depicts the way the innocent lamb was slain for us. We're the guilty ones, but Jesus took the fall. It was the ultimate sacrifice-- so we could be reunited with God. All you have to do is believe in Him, and you can experience the God-given joy and peace that only His followers know. Seek the Lamb. He wants to have a relationship with you.

  • agreeing with lovemymarine:The bible is all connected, how can you take one part and throw out the other part? the Bible is all connected. Yes, everyone has a sin that is harder for them and God will not let them be tempted more than they can bear, but without the OT you can't really understand the NT. The OT has the prophecies, like in Daniel, the NT has the fullfilment of some of those prophecies. The OT help prove the Bible is true. And there are tons of lessons to be learned in there.

  • Most people do take parts of the Bible and throw out the other parts that they don't like. Do you think genocide was ever a good thing? The Bible is full of "God commanded them to kill every living thing, man, woman, child. This has always and will always be evil. So quite naturally I reject any scripture that tries to place the blame of genocide on God.

  • Their cup of iniquity was full. God give chances after chances. He is a merciful God. But people get to the point where they go so far they will never come back. God doesn't permit anyone to die who hasn't reached their highest potential. The people killed where wicked, they would never have gone back to listen to God. God knows the end from the beginning. However a lot of people blame things on God that shouldn't be. Satan is alive and well too. He is the cause of most the hell in this world.

  • So a still-birth was someone who has reached their highest potential in wickedness?? My God, what do they teach these children in schools today? Certainly not logic!

  • haha, you're rather full of yourself aren't you? God knows the end from the beginning, maybe he saved the baby that would have been born, from being really hurt or going through hell later on. Know what? I think I'm discussing this with a 2 year old. GROW UP! stop being such a child.

  • @punkangel5359 No need to be insulting ,except that maybe my logic is unassailable and you have nothing else to offer. What kind of Father would bring children into this world only to condemn them to hell later? Or to kill a baby, just to save it from the hell that he created? If he is God and if he truly loves us as his children, then he will save us all--even you.

  • The Bible is the inspired word of God, whether it came earlier or later, it is still from God. Sure, the exact words may not be from God himself, but the concept and ideas are inspired. It doesn't matter who wrote it, when it was written, or where. What matters is that it's God's word. Why fuss over trivial things?

  • Comment removed

  • Because its the trivial things that those who hate a certain group of people like to amplify.

  • I have been looking for this song for a long time. I first heard it over 15 years ago and never since. A stranger came to my house today and in the course of conversation told me the name of the song and that he had just sung this song in his churches Christmas play. God delivered the name of this song to me just as he continually blesses those who believe and trust in him.

  • This song is amazing. They played it at church today and I started crying.

  • Yeshua you are amazing, you gave your life for mine, even though I didn't deserve it. Bless me and keep me may your face shine upon me and give me your peace. Forgive me Abba let me come back to the arms of love. Yeshua you are loved above all else. Amen.

I am Messianic Jew by the way, so I do believe in the Messiah.

  • I could not Agree with you more sarahclara2012 ,"For All have Sinned and Come Short of the Glory of GOD." This has to be in my mind the most Powerful Song to show just how Divine Jesus was. I LOVE JESUS CHRIST for he Knowingly and Unselfishly gave His Precious Life for My Unworthy Soul. Jesus I believe for there has never been any other act of Compassion and Love for others in the History of Mankind. My Lord...please Forgive Me!!! GOD BLESS EVEYONE!!!!!

  • wow. reading all of those comments people posted really made me sad. Why don't we all stop arguing, accept the Word of God for exactly what it says, not doubt it, and realize how powerful this video is? It is a reminder that yes, pray for others, but we are just the same amongst those people and need that forgiveness just as much as anybody else. Like the story says, don't accuse one of being guilty for sin unless you are free of it. That's hypocrisy. Praise the Lord

  • Yes this is a great song, it is one of my favorites to sing at church. The anchor holds is another great song of his.

  • Regardless of Ray's chosen lifestyle this song is still a great song...as are a lot of his. The message is what's really important.

  • You know what makes me really mad? it is the deceiving power of the devil. I do not judge Ray, what he has done is between he and God. None of us are perfect, we are all sinners saved by grace. It is just so sad, Ray had a strong annointing upon him, I sing alot of his songs. I pray that he will ask God to forgive him so he can join us all in Heaven. We should all ask God to help us see people the way He does, with love. People are more likely to respond to love than to man's judgment.

  • When the religious teachers brought a woman accused of adultery before Jesus for judgement Jesus did not condemn her infact he said to the men who were ready to kill her he said "Let the one among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone. One by one all dropped their stones and left. Jesus asked the woman where are your accusers? She replied they are gone Jesus said then nor will I accuse you. I guess my point is don't throw rocks at this man unless you are without sin yourselves.

  • While I agree that we should not judge others, but rather leave that to God, that passage is not in the older manuscripts. It got added in later. It's highly likely that it never happened. It does reflect what Jesus might do, but none of the older and more trustworthy manuscripts have it in them. It's kinda like the end of Mark where it talks about snakes and stuff. None of that end of Mark is in any of the old manuscripts.

  • But it did happen John saw it as did the others but John was the loved one. I think John had a special bond with Jesus that the others did not have. I believe that in this moment John saw the compassion in Jesus that the others didn't understand. So the others overlooked this moment but John knew the love of Jesus the compassion Jesus had for her. John saw it because John felt the same things from Jesus. What I am saying is that John understood what this moment was and that's why he wrote it.

  • What I am saying is that the oldest Greek manuscripts of the Gospel of John, the most reliable ones, the ones that are most trustworthy, do not have that passage. As in, maybe it happened, or maybe it was added later by someone who thought it would serve the purpose of helping avoid judgment. I can't be certain.

  • Not quite right there Blackhawk1491. They aren't the "oldest" manusripts. The 2 ms you may be referring to both date 300-400 AD. A long time after Jesus had gone. They are the most complete, but there are fragments of the NT that date even older. It is apparent from comparing these two that the story of the adultress may have been added later, and yet it sounds just like something Jesus would say and do--so I propose that it was lost and then found again and that it is indeed true.

  • True, oldest is relative. It is better to say "most consistent" I suppose. I DID say the more trustworthy manuscripts. Main point is, certain parts of the Bible taken alone and out of context cannot sustain sound doctrine. If you base your theology on one verse or set of verses, you are missing the big picture.

  • Ah yes blackhawh1491 there's a lot that's been added to scripture. Paul probably did not write 2 Timothy, for example, one of the most misogynistic books in the NT. And its funny how little of Lev. most people pay attention to, except of course for the 2 verses they so freely use to condemn gay people. Won't you admit that you and everyone else basically pick and choose what you want to believe from the bible? Hmm? Are you honest enough to admit that?

  • I'm not saying I don't believe everything in the Bible, but I am honestly not a huge believer in taking the Old Testament as seriously as the New Testament. I think the OT is the history that brought us to His story. The principles of the OT are upheld, but forgiveness is added as God's wrath is "held off" til final judgment. That's how I see it, as best I can explain. I think it's pretty logical to say that God made us with the plumbing we have for a reason, and also that we cannot say desire..

  • .. justifies action. Just as an act of homosexuality is a sin, it is a sin no more or less condemnable for an act of adultery to be committed between a man and a woman. I believe that everyone has certain sin in their life that is more difficult for them than for others, but I firmly believe that God will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we are able, but will always provide an escape route.
