ill take this stuff over all the Nickelback wanna be bands today...there is not much to listen to nowadays...Damn somebody bring back the 80 metal sound already!
@3160jimmys why do guys like you always bring something you dislike into a conversation about something you like? I thought the video above was a BulletBoys video. I bet even the OJay's liked this version. Are you ashamed of your taste in music so you put down another form you really dont know about because you never really listened to it, or do you secretly want to be Eminem or Jay-Z? I bet your favorite rock musician loves Lil Wayne!
Dare i say THE most underrated band of the metal era and one of the most underrated bands in the history of heavy rock (Ted Templeman CHOSE to produce them). These guys brought elements of blues, swing grooves, and funk like no one else. Too bad their swagger and Marq's over the top confidence off-put people, so they might not have even LISTENED.
Ii wish Marq didn't scream as much but i've always dug these guys. They got the bad rap of being too much like VH. It didn't help that Ted Templeman produced them
Awsome! I'm on a BB kick these days. If you crank that shtf, it draws serious attention. M.T.bro if I can do n-e thing at all, just let me know. Peace and thank you from Orl, Fl.
This is all I heard throughout the first three years out of high school LOL (1989-1992). Then the "Grunge" sound took over. It was all down hill from there for metal.
Gotta love the legendary yet dead & buried era of the ROCKSTAR, man.....the unwarranted arrogance & swagger, coupled with actual musical & songwriting talent that's so severely lacking in today's excuse for performers. Haters just bag on the crazy hair styles, but the music still stands tall. A raise of the glass to jasonfreakinbang for posting this & waving the flag loud & proud! CHEERS
Awesome group...I loved their sound ....that is how metal should sound.
