Probably because she was the first Elphaba that I ever saw but I think she is THE BEST! Though someone who can sing like that doesn't have the right to be so beautiful. Gotta say though, she's definitely better live.

@anxiouslittlegirl I c y u think her voice is nasal. 4 some reason the songs from "Wicked in Rock" when listened to on utube the vocals sound weak & a bit nasal. If you buy the CD the vocals are beautifully rich. The mix on this song is not meant for lower end audio equipment e.g. computer speakers & the sound quality degrades on utube. Listen to some of her other work, u will b impressed. She has a better voice than Barbra Striesand or Idina Menzel. Kerry really does not sing through her nose.

Go on Queen's main website or Kerry Ellis' website and there are links to the purchase stuff from Queen - It is in there. You won't find it in Stores or on Amazon or, I don't think on any of the download stores either, although I could be wrong on that. I am pretty sure you have to buy an old fashioned actual CD from the Queen Store on the Queen website. If I am wrong on any of this, somebody please correct me so Blubberfreek can get the CD !

Fair enough they changed the lyrics, thus changing the meaning slightly, however they changed the genre of music, how many rock songs do yuo get where the said artist gives up on themselves? They fight for what they believe. This is no longer a song for a musical, but a rock song it is.
