This is why I love the internet, I was just playing WWE All Stars when Ricky Steamboat came out. They have the more modern theme for him in the game. I couldn't remember exactly how his old theme went, but I knew it was a famous song. TOO YOUTUBE! Sure enough, not only did I find it, but I find in the comments what the name of the song is. Actually its "Sirius" from Allan Parsons Project's "Eye in the sky" (1982) album played in a loop. Technically, it is the theme song played when the Chicago Bulls are introduced and not the Chicago Bulls' theme song (because they do not own it).

I was introduced to Ricky Steamboat when he returned to the WWF in 1991 as The Dragon. He had a different theme, wore the costume that you see here and "blew" fire on top of the ringposts. I saw him at a house show where he defeated Smash of Demolition. WWF Mag had him him in a feud with Haku, but I never saw it on TV. He's also in the 1991 WWF playing card set, and in the Classic WWF Series 3 trading card set, he is indeed billed as Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat.
