AS stated in our video this bar uses a cantilever hold that squeezes the doorjamb rather than pulling down.NO chance of pulling it of the door frame.

Can you do muscle ups on this bar? Or ab exercises (leg lifts) while hanging?

@ATL3809 Yes you can do hanging leg and knee lifts while hanging from this bar.I do not think muscle ups are possible.

You should show in the video how the bar sticks onto the doorframe, I don't understand how that little flat piece of wood supports the entire mass without the fear of it slipping right back out
