I am not an elderly but hope to become one someday. The problem is not just Harper.No other party or no one is looking out for elderly especially those on fixed income. We demand arenas, custom public transportation art shows and a who knows what else. We forget those like this lady who deserve and have worked their lives to build what we have. And in turn increases the tax bill and the elderly on fixed income have to sell their hard earned homes to pay.
