An infrared camera amplifies the light present. like Cat eyes, which can see better in the dark than us.

That is an infrared camera (obviously), what I mean is, the enviroment is "moisted", like after raining, therefore the flashlight pointed at water on the floor, it can produce such image, and these cameras can pick those reflexions quite easily.

I believe it is fake, not intentional, but fake.
