Indeed, the biggest change to USVI now as opposed to when I lived there back in the day is that the violent crime rate is now higher than Detroit, Philadelphia and New York City COMBINED! Tragic. I would not hesitate to FIRE all three police commissioners. It's clear they do not know what they are doing.
