some of the technicalities of practice are necessary for some people to understand the simplicity of what the relationship to such a one as Adi Da truly is. Some of us have to endure great pains and loss to really have it set in that He has given the Gift for all time, and the only obstacle to that gift is our own superficial selves that would convince us our own reflection is more beautiful than the pure water of existence that makes it possible for the reflection to exist.

When one is no longer 'doing' the contemplation, when one is simply sitting in love, rested in bliss, just being, but able to act too from that Place of Divinity then one knows and understands that what Adi Da has always said about simply abiding in His compnay is very true and very real. The love connection to the Guru replaces all the separate nonsense of the results of the contraction that is the runination of true intimacy and already happiness and already relationship. Thank you beloved.
