then i guess the server crapped out back then. happens from time to time, siteground is a terrible webspace provider as far as stability goes.

However when i tried downloading the latest patch, i just couldn't... I saw that you didn't care about it anymore but, i think that the problem comes from the website, because it won't give me any dl links, just error 503.

dunno, it works fine for me. are you trying to hotlink it from somewhere? the server doesn't allow linking from outside pages.

not enough english voices exist, plus some of the voice actors blow. dracula's is pathetic in english versions.

What do you mean? In OoE, Albus has an English phrase for every Japanese phrase. Also Dracula sounds awesome in Portrait of Ruin and Order of Ecclesia. Can you even understand Japanese?

i meant characters from other games. cotm, hod and aos/dos have no english voices for example.

i understand those that have translations, like the sotn/loi/cod/portrait/ooe ones.

plus i just went with that version so that i could get some consistency, if i went with english voices, some characters would either still scream in jap or not at all.

well, now thanks to harmony of despair i got enough english voices for soma, julius, dracula and alucard to release an english version.

new demo (0.4) has an option to play with english voices, though nathan, persephone and yoko still don't have any. and hammer, but he only laughs so who cares.

Half the fun of English voices in CV games is how corny they are! :D

Seriously though, I personally don't mind the Japanese voices..except for Brauner. I mean come on, who doesn't love his "THIS..IS..ART!" quote? Haha.
