think this comes from what you call "uncle fester" when you shave on a regular basis sometimes a hair can grow under the skin and not come out where its suppose to go. I never had it this serious, mainly because I can feel it quite fast when this is about to happend.

I never had this problem before i used te gillet mach3 turbo razorblade... that razor just cut to damn close so the hair grows under the skin.
