slightly stoopid is the greatest thing that happened to me this summer (its been a boring summer). They inspire me to start a band but i can't find any bandmates at this small town and small school. that sucks. None of my friends play guitar cause there into that gay ass pop-hop shit. How are people dumb enough to buy into that shit. mainstreem music is at its lowest point and can't get any lower. im waiting for it to get higher when these guys hit it big on an independent label. I feel ya man, it's difficult starting a band. I recommend visiting your school's jazz band, recruit a trumpet, sax, and percussionist. Smoke them out and hit up the local music spots together to find a bass player and learn how to play the guitar yourself. That's what I tried to do lol

I also wish i live in california instead of michigan. so i can start a rock/raggae/folk/blues/jazz/ps­ychadelic/punk band. and id be suprised if i meet a soul whos heard of slightly stoopid within miles of my surroundings.
