OMG! i HAVE NO idea why or how people can stand having such an ugly little shack as a house, why not have a pretty tenpenny tower as a house? i have EVER single floor, every single room of the ENTIRE tenpenny tower to myself, and still have the ghoul mask and tenpenny outfit. Each different room has its own special deal. i have one room FILLED with mortulated corpses (arms, legs, skulls, etc) another filled with rare stuff and armor etc. Way better than some ugly greasy shack if you ask me. =3

It's easy to kill every deathclaw and get the vengeance at Deathclaw Sanctuary. Just take the Alien Blaster and sneak around them. A sneak attack crit will kill them with 1 shot (but use Very Easy difficulty).

Oh, and you should have taken every weapon possible from the anchorage simulation; it turns out that you can even get an extra-resistant super sledge from it, if you knock the weapons out of the hands of the npc's and then perform the glitch (check the rest of youtube for info)

UltraJet is a beefed up Jet that gives double the AP of normal Jet, you can get it from a Ghoul named Murphy in Northwest Seneca Station. The flavoured Mentats are from a quiz terminal in the National Archives. However, you can only get one flavour from the terminal, how he got all three is beyond me. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. I know all there is to know about the Fallout series. :D
