Ok guys, let me clear this up =]. this was filmed in 2 different clips. the first clip was filmed of the kid running out into the street and laying down. then the second clip was shot of the bus passing. The camera was, of course, on a tripod so it would stay in the same place for both clips. Then they placed one clip over the other, so it would look like they happened at the same time.
Its fake. Notice that when he's under the bus there is still a source of light - like the sun is still shining down from the top - its just the light intensity was darkened. If he was really under it his entire body would be shaddow and you wouldn't see any details like wrinkes in his clothing.
he went under it he laid in the middle ot those wite stripes and if he would lay down beside the bus then you would clearly see the wheels in front him wich you don't see in this clip

Its not CGI, although it is fake. Look at the bus shadow, you can see light in between him and the bus shadow.
