Maybe they can't refute your logic, but they might tell you they know him because they feel him in their heart. What logic can refute such an internal experience? You can't know their internal experience. That's why logic and science break down in matters of faith. Faith is not quantifiable or testable by experimentation. It offers no empirical evidence. It's an internal experience.

I have lived in many countrie arround the world, and I noticed that people are always trying to justify their religious believes thought the must complicated stories you can imagine, and sometimes those stories are just ilogical and contrdictory in their own terms
But there are also great consistencies in the religions of the world. All of them seem to teach a diminution of the self in favor of others, sacrifice, charity, be good to people, be humble, that sort of thing.
If we back up a bit and not look too carefully at the stories themselves so much as the greater teachings I think we could be at peace with each other. If we see the extremist actions of individuals as aberrant, which it always is, we can still respect other faiths.

I have never understood why anyone thinks "the Jews" killed Jesus. The New Testament and the historical record clearly state that it was by Pilate's order. Pilate ruled with an iron fist. He didn't do what the Jews told him to. He crucified anyone who stepped out of line.
And even if you believe Jesus was killed at the behest of "the Jews," it was only SOME Jews. 11 of the Apostles, all 3 Marys, Joseph of Arimethea, all Jews, all innocent of Jesus' blood. Not even Herod!

This is so sad. Logic and faith are completely unrelated. They answer different questions. Logic does not speak to values. Faith does not ask for evidence. (It wouldn't be faith if it did.) Logic cannot dismiss faith.
Faith binds people and cultures. It gives comfort and hope to the needy. It keeps people alive. It strengthens our social bonds. It unites us. It stimulates love. These are good things, logical or not.
It's effective. That's about as logical as it gets.

Again, proof is not a concept that's even relevant to faith. You can show someone that God can't logically exist. Maybe they can't refute your logic, but they might tell you they know him because they feel him in their heart. What logic can refute such an internal experience? You can't know their internal experience. That's why logic and science break down in matters of faith. Faith is not quantifiable or testable by experimentation. It offers no empirical evidence. It's an internal experience.

I am sorry Muslims, but with all your hate and disbelieve for Jesus Christ. I get only more convinced that Jesus truly IS the son of God, his teachings are good and disapprove selfishness. He shows that he is the true messenger of God by showing what God is, love. pure love. He does not show love by hating dis believers, he pitties them and died the most horrible death for them. He suffered for us, paid our toll for a free passage to God.
