Karma and Synchronicity

I just finished watching this again, and I wanted to make a few more comments. You say that sometimes coincidences are just random and I would offer that understanding the subtler significances can be a form past-life divination. Karma factors a single incarnation, Dharma our human genesis. And not to be a shill, but the ship in SGU is called Destiny. Coincidence?

These coincidences do not happen nor speak to everyone. They led me to this channel, in 2007 and today.

Before I knew what synchronicity was, I found myself going through a whole week of strange and "impossible" coincidences that really challenged my sense of reality. At the end of that week I went to the library looking for a particular computer book. The book wasn't there, but in its place (in the wrong section of the library) was a book on synchronicity, which I checked out instead. Ever since then, synchronicity has been a regular facet of my life--maybe because I became more aware of it.

Im 20 and about 2 weeks ago I started to try to find a logical explanation for how psychic readings work and I began to look into synchronicty and karma as a solution.. but I have been experiencing sychronicities of my own very often lately..very weird and unbelievable ones. This is exactly the type of video I've "been looking for" -- It's just in my nature to want to find similarities between myself and other people. In the past year I've had an overwhelming amount of synchronicities, and when I try explaining what I mean to people...they just don't "Get it" or understand what I'm trying to convey. To a certain extent I don't really think there is a point to me explaining my synchrnocities other than trying to get other people to understand the power of it as well.

bueno, this is the best place for an intelectual discussion about sychronicity..and you really hit it on the head when you said "thoughts affect matter and cause things to happen", we call the synchronicities into our lives by our thoughts. Our thoughts are the energy that makes things happen in our lives. We line up the events that happen in our lives. Great video.

Jung defined synchronicity as an acausal connection between two or more events. Acausal events cannot be recognized as related if not meaningfully so. This is to assume two interrelated forms of knowledge gauged and graded accordiing to what a thing is and how it is. I would agree. The stars don't cause anything to happen, they are just related to our psyche in such a way that no ultimate separate between the two can be assumed. The trick is to find the correct correlations.

i think that the sublteties of existence go unnoticed. the word co-incidence doesnt mean anything as such just formulates a terminology that says things co-incide. if we look into and beyond just the word we come acrosss an awesome "system" that is just the flow of the universe.

Also, if your later statement is true that everything is connected to everything else, then the difference between coincidence and non-coincidence is really a difference only in subjective perception. We pick up on a connection and presto, we call it a coincidence, but those connections are always there whether we pick up on them or not. (Again, that's assuming your assertion is true, which I'm not arguing either way.)

Synchronicity? Its just the way things are isn't it? Is there a science and a method for utilization? Something beyond merely our own making it happen because we want to feel special? All I'll say is its interesting the similar intentions and activities amongst those who ride the waves. Those of us on the front lines can report the patterns to the masses.
