@ 4:20 No, that's not a D minor scale (that is if he's reffering to the Aeolian (Natural Minor) Scale), it would be an ascending Melodic minor scale as there's no flats but the seventh note is a sharp, as a D minor scale would have B-flat in it. Charles really doesn't know what he's talking about. :P
