Also, don't forget that Toivonen wrote nearly all of the self titled, with Jari co-writing on 3 songs. And Iron was virtually a co-written album between to two. (The only 2 songs written only by Jari being Sword Chant and Lai Lai Hei)

Personally, i like Wintersun more than Ensiferum, but I like Victory songs more than any Ensiferum fan.

you know i agree jari is very talented eventhough hes in wintersun and he is doing.... well ok... after getting kicked out of Norther, petri really made Ensiferum come alive alot more.. he brought alittle of his style and knowledge of metal and made really good progress i mean just hear the album "from afar". Can't agree more, besides I believe Pete brought so much of his own, Jari might be good, but he is not as Ensiferum as Petri. I am really glad with how things stand now: Jari and Wintersun, Pete and Ensiferum (no Norther any more)

I totally understand your anger. Markus has always been Ensiferum. As you said they are if not idiots then ignorants. Markus is the very soul of Ensiferum, every true fan knows that. These people do not even see the direction ENsiferum's headed now, it is simply great, amazing.

Great band. Jari was a way, way, way, WAY better Guitar player... but that being said there is no greater replacement for him out there than Petri.

I actually find the drummer the most impressive. He barely moves at all and is so loose considering what he is playing. You could almost balance a glass of water on his head he's so still!

This song is like 180 bpm with double time rhytm pattern, and double bass on the choruses and he's doing it like it is some plain beat of a pop ballad.
