Im in the 9th grade and my schools PE program is pretty hardcore, but other than that i have never stuck with exercising. Im motivated to get in shape because i may be going to hawaii this summer for the first time. Im not comfortable in my body and wasnt sure if i could do it. but i literally just tried this and i feel great! i didnt feel very good doing it because i grew tired quickly, but i kept moving and i felt great afterward! i already feel healthier! i love that i can workout with you!

@staceyroxmysox94 I honestly don't know how many calories this burns I'm guessing maybe 100-300? idk. but I had done some Just Dance 2 for about 30min for my cardio (hard songs only and I was actually into it.) I was pretty sweaty from that but then I did this and I was REALLY sweating. I couldn't even do the pushups properly haha

On the days you guys film, do you count the filming as your workout, or do you do your own thing in the morning and then do the workout for filming? Just out of curiosity :)

for some reason i can pull this video up on my laptop but not my iphone (which is what i use to copy the workouts when im at the gym). I've tried typing in the tags and going under tonitupcom and everything ahh HELP! why isn't it showing up on my phone?! so weird!!!

@astewart12 when people upload videos they choose a quality, there are 4 to choose from and only 1 allows for phones, maybe they went to a higher quality.

Oh but here is an idea, in the bottom bar they have a printable routine, you could email that to your self then open it up on your phone... no video to watch but it may help :)

@staceyroxmysox94 I honestly don't know how many calories this burns I'm guessing maybe 100-300? idk. but I had done some Just Dance 2 for about 30min for my cardio (hard songs only and I was actually into it.) I was pretty sweaty from that but then I did this and I was REALLY sweating. I couldn't even do the pushups properly haha

I do the "best ab circut" x2 and the Beach babe x1 every Tuesday and Thurs.
I do the Love handles x1 one(even though I don't have them) & Ab circut x2 every mon and Wed.
I do the Bikini Body Workout x1 and Ab circut every Thurs. and Friday.
I love your videos and keep it up!!!
