  • I'm going to Mexico in 20 days. I'm a little too chunky for my bikini at the moment. But I've been following along with this (or trying to, it's hard after that first rep!) and I can already feel the difference in my energy levels. Hopefully the weight will follow along with it. I love your videos! I'm going to try some of the recipes for myself and hopefully have my body as toned as I can by Feb 18th! Thank you girls so much!

  • @nighnighnigh1 as you ar under 14, an exercise program is something you'll want to talk with a Doctor about! :)

  • @nighnighnigh1 It usually takes 6-8 weeks on average, but some can see results as early as 4 :)

Your abs is the one of the muscles, if not only you can not over work. So if you want to do some ab excersizes everyday you may. But if your stomach hurts the next day..take a break and continue when they are 100% better. Even a few times a week should start to burn that fat...but including a healthy diet!

  • @realweightsolution so i really can not state how long it will take. It's different for all people, and what you put into it. But a month or 2 i think you would loose a satisfactory amount.

  • Im in the 9th grade and my schools PE program is pretty hardcore, but other than that i have never stuck with exercising. Im motivated to get in shape because i may be going to hawaii this summer for the first time. Im not comfortable in my body and wasnt sure if i could do it. but i literally just tried this and i feel great! i didnt feel very good doing it because i grew tired quickly, but i kept moving and i felt great afterward! i already feel healthier! i love that i can workout with you!

  • I didn't know where else to comment but I wanted to ask you ladies for suggestions. Katrina, what really helped you to slim down and tone up as much as you did, my body type seems to be somewhat similar to your before picture, I need to shed some fat around my hips and waist and my thighs. I'd love some advice from you, I am trying to eat more organic and natural foods and I've been doing various workouts from your videos and I'm always sore the next day!

  • @staceyroxmysox94 I honestly don't know how many calories this burns I'm guessing maybe 100-300? idk. but I had done some Just Dance 2 for about 30min for my cardio (hard songs only and I was actually into it.) I was pretty sweaty from that but then I did this and I was REALLY sweating. I couldn't even do the pushups properly haha

    I do the Love handles x1 one(even though I don't have them) & Ab circut x2 every mon and Wed.

    I do the Bikini Body Workout x1 and Ab circut every Thurs. and Friday.
