  • You all need to read the book "Where's the Birth Certificate?" by Jerome Corsi. Seriously, you'll learn things you were not taught in school. You are not considered a "Natural-Born Citizen" just because your mommy plopped you on American soil. You would, at the very least, be considered a Native-Born Citizen, even if only one of your parents is a U.S. Citizen. It doesn't matter what you "think" is the way things ought to be. What matters is the Constitution....the Supreme Law of the Land.

  • Constitution says "born of parents" both, plural, two, mother & father, both US citizens.

It can't be any easier obama supporters.

"I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites"

    Senator Barack Hussein Obama

  • @mikestheman3

The Constitution doesn't say a damned thing about parents.

  • To be eligible you must be born of 2 natural born citizen parents. end of story.

  • @aburke673 Correction.....To be eligible for the Office of President or Vice President, you must be born of 2 U.S. Citizens. As long as both parents are U.S. Citizens at the time of your birth, either Natural-Born Citizens or Naturalized Citizens, then that person is considered to be a Natural-Born Citizen. If at least only one of your parents is a U.S. Citizen when you were born on U.S. soil, then you are considered a Native-Born Citizen.

  • @prospectiveman no. 2 natural born citizen parents; meaning both your parents were citizens.

  • @aburke673 Sorry, but you are the one mixing things. You're misunderstanding. For person "A" to be considered a NATURAL-BORN Citizen, He/She has to have been born of parents "B" and "C' who are both U.S. Citizens at the time of which person "A" was born. There is nothing in the Constitution which further specifies that the parents could not have become NATURALIZED Citizens or whether or not they themselves ("B" or "C") were born in the U.S. as well. Read "Where's the Birth Certificate".

  • @prospectiveman I am not wrong.

  • @prospectiveman

There are only two types of citizenship in the US.

    1. Natural born.

    2. Naturalized.

There is no third type of "super citizen".

Native born and natural born are interchangeable terms.

Please feel free to cite an acual law that specifies your "2 citizen parents" nonsense.

  • obama being reelected would be almost as bad as us putting bush jr in office for an extra 4 years. although the alternatives are never any better. Vote Ron Paul.

  • If you are there for me, then go look into what Mike was talking about.

  • Don't forget that there were 8 attempts to change the Constitutional requirement for the POTUS to be a Natural Born Citizen in the 22 months just prior to Obama's announcement to run. Must be a coincidence, huh? 8 HJR's or SR's to eliminate the natural born citizen requirement...

  • Mike in Oakland, GOOD CALL!

  • Who is the moron who pretends to be an idiot?

  • Then again KSFO is owned by Cumulus, which was owned by Citadel Media, now Cumulus.media, another part of the military government media complex!

  • These people who think this eligibility issue isn't a big deal - why then is Obama fighting its disclosure tooth and nail?

Let him come clean about it, and then we'll see what kind of deal it is. He'll be forced to resign in a matter of days.

  • radio talk show host is pretending to be stupid on constitutional issues and mocks truth.

  • I live in the bay area, it may as well be San Diego = 80% sheeple, 20% (or less) informed people, similar to the caller........
