Like I said, I am pro-life and I doubt very much that it will be overturned. The only one who could make it possible, is if God himself put his hand in Congress and spoke to people saying this was wrong. It is totally possible, but I highly doubt it WILL happen in our life time.

Doesn't really matter what the nation wants. It matters what the the Supreme Court decides and they do not take the american public's opinion into account when deciding on rules of law. That is the point of the man's argument. If you have a strong bias sitting on the court you can all but kiss Roe goodbye.

Roe v Wade overturned if McCain wins? Woo-hoo! To use the 14th amendment to provide a fundamental right to terminate pregnancy was, and is, outside the scope of the judiciary. That is the reason we have a legislature; so it can amend laws if they need amending, not for the judiciary to "re-interpret" existing laws as it sees fit. Allowing courts to "reflect society" without FIRST amending current law adds uncertainty to the entire judicial system.
