I've been a vegetarian for five months now and the first month for me was the hardest because after all the videos I've seen, and the fact that my whole FAMILY eats meat makes me sick. So I just eat more beans, and almonds, peanuts and walnuts. I mean I still eat eggs just not all the time. :] So your body ends up getting used to it. :] being a vegetarian has made me so much more happier knowing I'm not eating a innoccent dead cow that deserved to live. :]
