The blood is all real, although the wrestlers cut themselves to get it. Moves like suplexes are real, as they actually hit the mat. Really, the only thing that isn't real are the kicks and/or punches, and even then, a lot of the shoot kicks to the back and chest are real, as are chops. People don't realize how real it is.

And "Taking the Bump" aka "being hit or slammed for real and taking a shot" is real.
