Honestly, the law is meaningless, and the only thing the Pfizer execs would understand is if someone stabbed them to death in the street. Only then would they understand.
I just now finished the book...awesome story with a sad but positive ending. the real crime is that the development that forced these people out never happened. I will definitely visit the little pink house when I pass through New London.
